Eaton Online Supplier Registration

Supplier Administrators ONLY - adding additional users:

After Logging in through Supplier Select:

  1. Click on Passkey from the Supplier Select Main Screen
  2. Click on the Supplier Select Tab on the top of the Passkey Screen
  3. Click on the Add User link
  4. Fill in the user profile being sure to complete the mandatory fields and the other fields as necessary
  5. Click Submit
  6. Click "OK" to SAVE
  7. Click on the radial button next to the WISPER application to make WISPER "available". This will automatically invoke the Configuration Link.
  8. Select the User's Time Zone and Country.
  9. Click the radial button for "User Only" status.
  10. Click Submit
  11. Click "OK" to SAVE

New User will receive their password and Login ID from Supplier Select automatically. User should go to https://portal.eaton.com to Login to WISPER and allow 24 hours for registration process to be complete before logging in.

ACCESSING WISPER for the FIRST TIME:

  1. After logging in, click on the Contents link on the header of your Supplier Select Main Screen.
  2. Select WISPER by checking the box. Scroll down and click "FINISH".
  3. WISPER will appear on your Supplier Select Main Screen. Click "ENTER" next to the WISPER application name to access the application. From this point on, WISPER will always appear on your screen upon logging in.

GETTING STARTED: COMMUNICATIONS AND TRAINING

  1. After logging into WISPER, click on the Communications and Training Link.
  2. Click on Supplier training. The supplier training will explain WISPER’s key functionality for supplier involvement and how the application is laid out, and basic navigation. It should take approximately a half-hour to review.
  3. Begin entering your company’s capabilities and other information pertinent to the business.
